PTA Has Introduced a Mobile App For The Convenience of Telecom Users.

The Pakistan Telecommunications Authority (PTA) has introduced a user-friendly Complaint Management System (CMS) mobile application. To supply more convenience to telecom customers.

According to a press release, issued by PTA, the app is accessible on Android (Google Play) and iOS (Apple App Store).

According to PTA, the aim of the user-friendly mobile app is to form it easier , more convenient for the general public to lodge complaints about telecom services.

According to the announcement, through this app users can enter their complaints regarding telecom services, mobile registration,device identification registration and blocking system, reporting of web page and blocking of stolen phones.
